Self-Love Journaling

Being in quarantine can be emotionally exhausting. I find my own thoughts and feelings acting like a sugar-rushed jumping bean. I am bored, happy, lonely, stressed, laughing, hungry and then grateful for all I have (my health, my family, clothes, a home, etc.). An excellent way to reduce stress and to change a mindset is journaling. Journaling has many proven health benefits and can connect your thoughts and feelings.
