Take Time for You

During this time of social distancing, everything may feel overwhelming. There is so much more to do for school and there is scary information being shared on the news and social media. Please take time for yourself to separate from the news, social media, and school work. You deserve a break. We all deserve a break. I have taken time for myself by reading for fun, having Zoom calls with friends, taking walks, exercising, and catching up on television shows.

I hope you are all finding ways to relax and unwind.
