You're Never Too Old...

You're never too old to play! If you're looking to de-stress or do something new during the stay-at-home order, try making Play Dough! Sensory activities have been proven to reduce stress and anxiety; PLUS this could just be something fun to do by yourself or with family!

Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 cup salt

2 teaspoons cream of tartar food coloring

2 cups water

1 teaspoon oil

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 or 2 teaspoons of food coloring of your choice (optional)

Recipe Mix together dry ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan. Add water, oil, vanilla, creak of tartar food coloring, and food coloring. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture forms a ball. It will stick to the pan, but it washes easily with warm soapy water. Dump ball out and let it cool. Store in an airtight container or bag.

The Play Dough should last up to 6 months if stored appropriately!
